£23,400 - £25,545 a year (pro rata) per annum Centred is a progressive charitable company based in the Highlands that supports people through mental ill health toward mental well-being. Our services are based in Caithness, Easter Ross, Inverness, and Lochaber. Centred Recovery Centre, based in Inverness, is a centre that provides support and accommodation for up to 23 service users. Due to the expansion of our Caithness Support Service, we are recruiting for a Part-Time Social Care Administrator to join our team. This service assists individuals in the community to live independently and provides a Care at Home service. JOB SUMMARY

As a Social Care Administrator, you will play an essential role in the daily functioning of the Caithness Support Service. Reporting directly to the Caithness Community Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing all administrative support required to ensure the smooth operation of the service. You’ll handle a variety of tasks and interact regularly with visiting professionals, tradespeople, visitors, and service users. Key responsibilities include:

Providing general administrative support. Minute taking for meetings. Collating and preparing reports. Using computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Maintaining records and paperwork in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
