Purpose of Job Our son is a loving and creative 12-year-old boy who likes to draw and make clay models of his favourite characters. He enjoys beach and woodland walks, swimming, trampolining, and soft play activities. He has some quirks and challenges, like his autism rituals during transitions, so patience is vital. Once he completes his rituals, he transitions well. He can be vocal, and while his speech is improving, he mainly uses his choice book to express his wants and needs. Due to a limited sense of danger, he requires extra support when transitioning, especially near roads. It is essential that his PAs enjoy walking, trampolining, and swimming to facilitate his participation in these activities. This role involves 2 to 1 support, requiring collaboration with another PA. Being a car driver is essential for safe transportation, and mileage will be reimbursed at 0.45p per mile. This post is subject to a satisfactory DBS check and references, which will be verified if you are offered the position. This vacancy will close as soon as a suitable candidate is appointed.
