Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored care plans Provide counselling and emotional support to clients Liaise with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services for clients Advocate for clients' rights and access to services Monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards set goals Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and compassion towards others Ability to mentor and supervise individuals Excellent organisational and time management skills Job Type : Full-time Pay : £12.00-£14.00 per hour Additional Pay : Yearly bonus Benefits : Referral programme Work from home Schedule : Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Overtime Weekend availability Licence/Certification : Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location : In person
