We’re looking for a

Social & Digital Content Creator

to join our fast-growing team. This varied and pivotal role is ideal for an experienced digital marketing professional with a keen interest and experience in social media communications. Supporting the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be a key member of the marketing team and will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies aligned with our overall marketing strategy as well as developing the communities for both of our brands. Responsibilities:

Assisting in developing and implementing an effective online marketing strategy Develop and implement comprehensive social and email strategies aligned with the overall objectives and target audiences Create visually stunning short-form content, including photos and videos Manage social channels including scheduling content, monitoring responses and replying to comments, messages and reviews Developing and growing a social community across both brands focused on high-quality content and engagement Creating, editing and publishing Klaviyo newsletters including the use of automated journeys Writing and publishing on-site content including blogs and landing pages Measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns and report key metrics against targets and objectives Utilise Google Analytics and other data tools to understand customer trends and behaviours to drive activities Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience and be very confident in social media channels and communications possessing impeccable written English skills Comfortable presentation skills in front of camera is ideal but not essential A creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple concurrent projects and possesses excellent organisational, project management and communication skills Understanding of creative software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects) and Figma Results-oriented with the ability to identify fresh, forward-thinking techniques to reach lead generation and revenue goals Excellent numeracy and analytical skills including the ability to measure the effectiveness of online marketing efforts and provide reports Awareness of current online marketing concepts, social media trends, strategies and best practices Benefits:
