A minimum of 3 years in Social Housing Property charging or relevant Residential/Development sector experience. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other fee earners and departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and relevant legal IT systems. A keen willingness to learn and contribute to meaningful work.
