The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated property and/or dispute resolution solicitor with prior experience or a keen interest in specialising in the social housing sector. You will have the opportunity to: Manage a caseload of Disrepair cases for our Housing Association and Local Authority clients. Handling county court possession claims, injunction applications, and various other housing-related matters. Offer expert legal advice on housing regulations, policies, and tenancy matters. Collaborate with community organizations and government agencies to create positive housing solutions. Requirements: You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE and experience in property and/or dispute resolution You will be able to work unsupervised and have experience of supporting junior fee-earners You should have a good grounding in business development and networking You should be an ambitious and driven individual looking for a long-term and rewarding career move Salary & Benefits: Salary is market-leading and depending on your experience Market-leading benefits package including private healthcare Opportunity to work alongside the best lawyers in the region Career progression, including Partnership for those that want it
