Role Responsibilities – Social Media Manager: Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Create captivating content on behalf of the organisation's social media sites, including blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content. Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels. Develop and implement social media strategies and tactics to increase customer engagement and conversions. Manage budgets for paid social media campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness. Manage end-to-end delivery of paid social campaigns, from planning to optimization. Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Collect consumer data and analyze social media interactions to create reports and improve marketing strategies. Monitor and report progress on all platforms using analytical tools such as Google Analytics. Increase traffic to the website and subscriptions to magazines. Requirements – Social Media Manager: Excellent communication and presentation skills. IT proficiency. Multitasking and prioritization abilities. Strong organizational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong networking skills. Experience in developing effective marketing campaigns. Strong creative skills. Excellent written English skills. Experience using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop). Able to convert enquiries into sales. Able to identify and delegate tasks. Proactive and innovative. Flexibility.
