We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media and Community Manager to lead the execution of our digital strategy, with a specific focus on elevating our presence on TikTok. This role requires a unique blend of creative flair, operational excellence, data-driven decision making and inspirational leadership to bring our digital vision to life.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and passionate about digital innovation, community, and copywriting, with a deep understanding of community management. Detail-oriented and committed to brand integrity and copy accuracy, they will drive high-quality executions and implement effective tactics across campaigns.

You will be a hands-on, nurturing manager, who thrives on mobilising and motivating a dynamic team to achieve ambitious goals. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management:

Lead the development and execution of innovative community management strategies to engage and grow a loyal brand advocate base. Create meaningful connections with customers, driving brand affinity and organic engagement.

Copywriting & Content:

Produce and oversee high-quality, accurate copy across digital channels, with a focus on TikTok, ensuring it is consistent with the brand tone of voice and identity. Edit and approve copy for social and paid ads, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.

Digital Campaign Execution:

Partner with the Senior Digital, PR & Influencer Manager, to plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns. Ensure seamless integration of organic, earned and paid tactics to maximise brand exposure and ROI.

Paid Media Management:

Oversee all aspects of our paid media campaigns across key platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and efficient budget allocation.

Team Leadership:

Manage, rally, and inspire a young, ambitious digital team. Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship, ensuring team members are empowered to execute campaigns successfully and develop their skills.

Strategic Digital Growth:

Work closely with senior management to align digital initiatives with broader business goals. Develop and implement strategies that drive key KPIs such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Analyse digital campaign performance, sharing key insights and actionable recommendations with the team. Use data to continuously refine tactics and ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding targets. Key Requirements:

Proven experience in community management, nurturing loyal customers and brand advocates.

Expert copywriting skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in content production.

Strong team management skills, with a track record of successfully mentoring and mobilising a young team.

Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to ensure timelines and goals are met. Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in a digital marketing or community management role.

Experience managing and mentoring a team.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong understanding of digital trends, social media platforms, and consumer behaviour.

Editorial planning experience is a plus!
