We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join ChangeKitchen CIC as a Social Media and Content Apprentice. As a social enterprise dedicated to providing delicious vegan and vegetarian catering, we aim to inspire and engage our community online and offline. This role is ideal for someone eager to build skills in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing while contributing to a meaningful cause. Main Duties

The main duties involved in this apprenticeship will include:

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Ensure content reflects our mission and brand values, incorporating visually appealing images and compelling captions. Monitor and engage with followers, responding to messages, comments, and inquiries to foster community growth. Track and report on social media performance, suggesting improvements to enhance reach and engagement. Content Creation

Develop creative content, including blogs, news articles, newsletters, and video content to promote our services and events. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and produce fresh ideas for campaigns and storytelling. Assist in designing email campaigns to inform and excite our audience about upcoming initiatives. Digital Marketing Support

Optimise content for search engines to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website. Work with the team to maintain the website by updating pages with new offers, news, and visuals. Support promotional activities for events and workshops to ensure they reach target audiences. Community Engagement

Build and nurture relationships with followers, clients, and community partners through consistent interaction. Represent ChangeKitchen’s values by engaging authentically with our audience. Share insights and feedback from the online community to help shape future strategies. What We Offer:

Maths and English GCSE at grade C/4. Training to be Provided

You will be completing Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice. (N.B. Formally Digital Marketer Level 3. As of Dec 2023, Digital Marketer has been updated to Multi-Channel Marketer. This new standard expands on the curriculum and provides learning on all aspects of marketing instead of solely focusing on digital marketing.) Training Delivery Model:

Blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support, and training. End Point Assessment:

For the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship, there is an end point assessment which includes: Producing a written report Portfolio of evidence-based work Presentation and Q&A Professional discussion based on portfolio Things to Consider

Due to the nature of this role, working hours can change when occasional weekend, evening, or bank holidays are required. Also, working off-site will be required when attending events that Change Kitchen is catering for. An interest in food production/social justice would be beneficial for this role. Future Prospects
