Manage HCL Fleet Services’ social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. Plan and schedule content across all platforms, ensuring consistency and timely delivery. Collaborate with the team to create engaging, on-brand content that aligns with the company’s tone of voice and objectives. Monitor and enhance organic growth, meeting KPIs for engagement, reach, and click-through rates (CTR). Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities to improve organic search visibility. Write SEO-optimised blog posts on topics relevant to the Hydro Cleansing audience to drive website traffic and improve rankings. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Copywriting
Work collaboratively with our web developers to deliver impactful, targeted copy as part of broader projects. Craft tailored messaging for various channels, including social media, blogs, SEO, and email campaigns. Ensure all written materials align with tone of voice and style guidelines while maintaining consistency across platforms. Conduct quality checks for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and consistency. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within a B2B or technical industry. Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and tone consistency. Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
