SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING MANAGER Frodsham £30,000 - £40,000 *** THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL MARKETING PROFESSIONALS*** Are you a creative marketing professional looking for an independent, stand-alone role? An exciting opportunity has arisen with our specialist client for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their marketing strategy. In this autonomous role, you'll work directly with the Director, driving brand growth and engagement across social media and other digital platforms. You will manage all aspects of social media, content creation, and campaigns, infusing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to ensure the brand maintains a strong and consistent presence online. This is a hands-on, stand-alone position where you will be responsible for shaping and executing all marketing initiatives, allowing you the freedom to implement your ideas and make a significant impact on the brand's success. Your New Role

Lead the creation and execution of all social media content. Take full ownership of the social media calendar, scheduling, and publishing across all platforms. Maintain a consistent, on-brand tone of voice for each social channel to ensure a unified brand presence. Execute growth strategies through campaigns, competitions, and promotions. Collaborate with the Director to promote his personal brand. Explore and identify new platform opportunities to expand brand awareness. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility. Create compelling, eye-catching content for various platforms. Support email marketing campaigns. Monitor social media trends and news for fresh content ideas. Manage and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns. Ensure the website remains up-to-date and aligned with marketing efforts. What You'll Need

A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or social media. Strong attention to detail with a "right first time" mindset. Experience in editing and creating social media posts. Creative flair with an eye for great imagery. A passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends. A proactive, driven, and enthusiastic approach to your work.
