We are seeking a passionate Social Media & PPC Executive to join our Marketing and Communications team.
You will join us on a Full Time basis working 35 hours per week, with two days based in our Bracknell office.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this role will play a vital part in amplifying our social media presence, driving online engagement, and maximising the impact of our paid ads campaigns.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with our organisational goals and that resonates with our target audiences. You’ll also create and manage paid campaigns across social media and paid search.
About DEBRA
We are a national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.
Main Activities
Develop and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, BlueSky and TikTok.
Create compelling content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audiences.
Monitor and analyse social media performance, track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), and generate regular reports.
Develop and execute effective paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Manage and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (clicks, conversions, cost-per-click), and generate regular reports.
Personal Specification
Proven experience in social media marketing and paid advertising (minimum 2 years).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Experience with Sprout Social or similar tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised and able to excel under pressure often working to tight deadlines.
