Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a L3 Multi-Channel Marketer at Buzz Sweets. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and engaging with our community. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Create engaging content for all social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos and graphics. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise content and strategies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency. Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies. Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth. Preferred Experience: Experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role. History of creating a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and impactful social media content. Excellent knowledge of Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms. Experience in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar. Qualifications: Educational Requirements:
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths. A-Levels Skills & Personal Qualities Required: Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Passion for social media & marketing, with a keen eye for detail.
