We are looking for someone to manage the publishing schedule and reporting for Frieze’s busy social media channels. Liaising closely with all content and partnerships teams at Frieze, you will make sure content is published at a high standard and respecting our brand guidelines, while keeping content producers and relevant stakeholders up to date with the latest trends and insights from our social media activity. This is the perfect role for someone eager to learn more about digital content and marketing in the art world. Manage the day-to-day scheduling of content across Frieze social media channels using social media management tools (currently Falcon.io) or directly in-app whenever necessary (including, but not limited to, Instagram Feed & Stories, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat in collaboration with an external agency). Liaise with Branded Content, Editorial, Studios, Marketing, Membership, Design and Partnerships teams to plan, produce, source and schedule content across all Frieze social channels. Maintain automated reports (currently on Falcon.io) and share insights with all content teams to keep improving engagement with Frieze content. Liaise with the Design and Editorial teams to regularly produce social assets to promote frieze magazine content and editorial digital commissions, following established templates. Draft copy for social posts in collaboration with the content teams whenever necessary, repurposing text and information from press releases and frieze.com articles. Cultivate and maintain Frieze's social community by replying to comments and engage with relevant content from the Frieze network of galleries and brands. Support the Frieze Partnerships, Studios and Ad Sales teams, including scheduling content for Frieze partners and advertisers during busy Frieze Week periods, making sure all content is aligned with our guidelines and reporting on performance. Be available to work outside of office-hours (for Frieze fairs, out of office events etc), and understand the fast-paced nature of the job. Travel abroad to the fairs and working weekends before and during the fairs. Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience
An interest in culture, media and the arts is a must; being connected and up to date with trends and movements both in and out of the industry. Knowledge of print production is desirable. Skills and Abilities
Mandatory Passionate about digital content and the arts, with strong copywriting and visual communication skills. Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage schedules seamlessly.
