About The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our growing team and support our rapidly developing social media presence across Instagram and TikTok.

Working closely with our Social Media Lead, this role will assist in content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community engagement, while also keeping us ahead of the curve on social media trends.

Main Responsibilities

Support the day to day running of a busy social media desk, including scheduling and publishing daily content across Instagram and TikTok, caption writing and monitoring content approvals Support with community engagement Use analytics tools to track content performance and report insights Maintain content calendars Assist the videography team with content capture and edits Keep up to date with social media trends, platform developments and share relevant insights with the team Support with the running of competitions and community engagement activities Assist where needed with the running of commercial content, including checking paid partnership approvals from brands Be an Eliza brand ambassador at press/influencer events

Person Specification

1-2 years experience working in a Social Media or relevant role Proficient in all social media platforms, including in-app editing tools Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and beauty Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics Excellent communication and collaboration skills
