We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media & Communications Manager to elevate our online presence and engage with key audiences in the commercial property sector. This role will play a crucial part in building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and strengthening our reputation as a trusted partner for businesses seeking commercial property solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the commercial property landscape, a passion for social media, and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with FI Real Estate Management’s business objectives, with a focus on attracting potential tenants and promoting available properties. Conduct in-depth audience research within the commercial property market to identify key demographics, interests, and online behaviour. Select and optimise social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, BlueSky, etc.) to reach target audiences and maximise engagement. Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with key marketing campaigns and industry events. Establish KPIs and track performance to measure the effectiveness of social media initiatives and demonstrate ROI. Content Creation & Curation:

Develop high-quality, engaging content that showcases FI Real Estate Management’s properties, services, and expertise in the commercial property sector. Produce a variety of content formats, including written posts, property photos and videos, tenant testimonials, industry news updates, and thought leadership articles. Curate relevant industry news and insights to provide value to followers and position FI Real Estate Management as a thought leader. Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all social media platforms and marketing materials. Utilise storytelling techniques to bring FI Real Estate Management’s properties to life and connect with potential tenants on an emotional level. Community Management:

Cultivate a thriving online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and enquiries, and fostering meaningful interactions. Monitor social media channels for mentions of FI Real Estate Management and relevant industry conversations. Proactively manage online reputation by addressing feedback and resolving any issues that may arise. Identify and build relationships with key influencers in the commercial property sector, including brokers, developers, and industry publications. PR & Communications Support:

Work closely with our PR agency to amplify key messages and secure media coverage in relevant industry publications. Collaborate on the development of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Assist in coordinating media interviews and press events. Monitor media coverage and analyse its impact on brand awareness and lead generation. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and property management, to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in both social media and commercial real estate. Generate regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and analysis of campaign effectiveness. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, preferably within the commercial real estate industry. Strong understanding of the commercial property market, including key trends and challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. Proven ability to create engaging content that drives audience interaction and lead generation. Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools. Strong project management and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
