Social Media Content Creator . The aim of this role is to develop and grow our social media audience and engagement on all our Prentice BMW and Prentice MINI Social Channels. The Role

As our social media content creator, you will liaise with all Department Managers to discuss business objectives, develop engaging content, and bring fresh ideas to the forefront. You will also be responsible for monitoring both brands' social presence on all channels. The duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. Liaising with all departments to create a holistic and effective social strategy. Analyzing the company’s social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall social plan. Creating captivating content for all social media sites. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies. Reporting on emerging social media trends to be reviewed by Management. Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to increase presence. Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI). Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts. Essential Criteria

Extensive experience in working with various social media platforms. Great communication skills in order to liaise with multiple departments. Good networking skills to form relationships with influencers and other key players. An ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Sound knowledge of the English language. The ability to think strategically and creatively. Solid knowledge of computers and relevant operating systems and software programs. A sound understanding of social analytics, how to measure and understand key metrics. Experience in using photo and video editing tools. Desirable Criteria

Degree in a related field (Marketing, Media and Communications, Business related). In return for your skills and experience, we offer a very competitive package including:
