Social Media Content Creator & Videographer

to bring the magic of our nurseries to life online by capturing and sharing authentic, child-led moments and engaging stories. Role Overview We are seeking a recent graduate in Marketing or a related field to manage our social media strategy and create high-quality visual content. This is a hands-on, on-site role that involves traveling to our nurseries to document activities, events, and staff interactions. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, strong videography and photography skills, and a passion for storytelling that celebrates children and childcare professionals. Why Join Us? Develop content that reflects the natural, spontaneous moments of children's creativity, curiosity, and joy. Showcase children's activities and ideas, ensuring their voices and perspectives are at the forefront of our storytelling.

Photography & Videography:

Capture high-quality photos and videos at all nursery locations. Film and edit engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Use professional videography equipment and editing software to produce polished, on-brand content.

Social Media Management:

Plan, schedule, and post content across our social media platforms. Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments, and build a positive online community. Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and improve future content.

Collaboration & Campaigns:

Work closely with nursery staff to build trust and ensure smooth content creation. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaigns. Propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Trend Awareness:

Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications & Skills Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates preferred).

Technical Skills:

Strong photography and videography skills, with experience in capturing and editing high-quality content. Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva). Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Creative Skills:

A creative eye for storytelling through video, photography, and written captions. Ability to craft child-friendly, engaging, and visually appealing content.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff and children. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while managing time effectively. Strong attention to detail and an understanding of brand consistency.
