Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager Are you a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for social media? Our client is looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager to join their expanding team due to recent client wins and growth. Role Overview:

As Social Media Manager, you'll be integral to their agency, working with a skilled team to deliver comprehensive digital campaigns. This is a dynamic role for a multitasker who can manage workloads and build lasting client relationships to drive outstanding results. Ideal for an ambitious, proactive individual aiming to elevate their career as they strive for their 2025 growth targets. Key Responsibilities:

Organic Social Media:

Manage and grow social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube) for B2B and B2C clients. Draft social calendars for engaging, relevant content. Monitor competitor performance and benchmark results.

Social Media Campaign Execution:

Collaborate with our Digital Strategy Director on social marketing strategies. Plan and execute paid content calendars. Manage, A/B test, and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms. Conduct audience research for targeted strategies. Work with designers and influencers on high-performing ad creatives.

Analytics & Reporting:

Build detailed performance reports for organic and paid activities. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot. Provide regular reports tailored to client goals. Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events. Lead client onboarding and training for HubSpot.

Relationships & Engagement:

Mentoring and team development. Client relationship management. Engage with communities, respond to feedback, and maintain a positive brand presence. Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in managing B2B and B2C social media and digital campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing's alignment with business goals. Ability to evaluate and optimize campaign performance using data insights. Excellent communication, writing, collaboration, and presentation skills. Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub; Sales Hub experience is a bonus. At least 1+ years of experience in running paid social media ads. Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, organizational skills, and task prioritization. Bonus Skills:

Basic graphic design and video editing experience. Experience with social listening tools. Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, HubSpot CMS). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Our client offers a fun, friendly, and supportive atmosphere perfect for career growth. This is a permanent position working Monday-Friday offering a salary between £28,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience.
