Job Title: Social Media Executive

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

Location: Worcestershire (hybrid)

We’re looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive to develop and execute creative social strategies that capture attention, increase engagement, and grow their brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging, on-brand content for all social channels, including written copy, graphics, videos, etc.
  • Craft and implement social media strategies
  • Actively manage and grow our social communities
  • Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activity, and platform changes to proactively suggest new strategies.
  • Track performance metrics, analyse data, and optimize content and strategies
  • Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to boost brand visibility and credibility.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in social media management, ideally in a creative or digital environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook) and social media management tools.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with experience in copywriting, design, and basic video editing.
