The Social Media Executive will work closely with the Social Media Senior Manager to maintain and improve the Baker McKenzie social presence by keeping our social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences. This role forms part of the Marketing Content & Campaigns team and coordinates with the wider BDMC community, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong community around the brand. The role-holder will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable results in building the Firm's reputation, expanding and deepening client relationships, and driving revenue opportunities. Responsibilities:

Manage company social media channels and employee advocacy platform, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content by collaborating with our in-house design and digital content teams. Support the social media senior manager in planning, implementing, analyzing, and reporting audience information and demographics, and the success of campaigns. Provide advice, guidance, and support for BDMC colleagues and stakeholders to ensure content is optimized for the best performance. Maintain regular reporting channels for campaigns and provide insight on areas for development and key learnings. Proactively provide insight into trending topics and monitor how competitors are utilizing social media to grow their digital footprint. Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Knowledge and operational experience of social media platforms, their audiences (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and relevance of each in a business context. Good relevant experience in digital marketing and social media analytics. Proven experience in digital reporting and analysis. Experience of working in B2B professional services is an advantage. Comfortable working as part of a team-based across multiple offices. Experience working within corporate brand guidelines. Able to multitask and work well under tight deadlines in a busy environment, responding to requests and project briefs. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
