Social Media Executive We’re looking for Social Media Executives to work across a range of talent properties and racing teams spanning Formula E, FRECA, and GT racing. You’ll be at the heart of some of the most exciting stories in modern-day motorsport, working alongside a wide range of talent to deliver industry-leading campaigns. Points of Note This role will involve working offset hours and/or weekends on a regular basis. Lieu days will be issued in return for each weekend day worked. Some travel to UK-based events may be required, but please note that this is largely a non-traveling role. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Bicester, Oxfordshire, or be willing to relocate. A full UK driving license would be advantageous for this position. Core Responsibilities:
Crafting engaging, reactive social media copy for both pre-planned content and live event coverage. Sourcing and publishing accompanying assets from a range of sources (teams, rights holders, etc.). Monitoring tags/mentions/trends on key social media platforms to highlight shareable content. Community management across key social media platforms and other digital platforms as relevant. Supporting Social Media Managers to execute content calendars and populate briefing documents. Essential Requirements:
A strong understanding of key social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. A basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro. Strong copywriting skills, able to interpret and deliver an authentic and consistent tone of voice. A creative, reactive mindset, able to capture and relate a story to a global audience as it happens. What We Offer
