Social Media Executive Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid/WFH) Salary: £25,000-£30,000 Our client has long been established as a market-leading consumer group with an increasing portfolio of product categories and a very ambitious growth strategy. They pride themselves on delivering the best product and service to stay ahead within their sector. As they continue to move through the next phase of growth, they are looking to keep expanding their marketing team and are now looking for an experienced Social Media professional to join their fantastic team to continue developing the brand's Social Media and Content strategy. In this role, you’ll lead the brand's Social Media strategy, pushing through new ideas, both strategic plans as well as campaign ideas and concepts. This role is supported by the wider marketing and brand team but is dedicated to Social Media and building brand awareness while tracking performance. Key responsibilities for this role include: Support the Social Media strategy, tracking performance and making recommendations. Manage the content creation of social assets, supported by their in-house creative team. Content planning and development across all social platforms, managing the content calendar. Instagram and TikTok are priority channels, ensuring content consistency across all channels and wider marketing/digital campaigns. You will work with the creative team to develop relevant content that showcases our brand values. Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone of voice to meet the needs of different audiences. Grow both followers and engagement across all major social media platforms, keeping up to date with trends and algorithms. What I’m looking for: Demonstrable experience in a previous dedicated Social Media role. Experience in growing and maintaining a large social media audience for a brand. Experience of working with content creators. Detailed understanding of what creative content works best on social media. The ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights or recommendations.
