Are you an experienced Social Media Executive? Are you driven by results and a passion for creating fresh and effective content? Thomas Jacks Ltd is looking for a passionate, results-driven Social Media Executive to assist with the planning, execution, and optimisation of Thomas Jacks’ online social media marketing. In this exciting and fast-paced new role, on a day-to-day basis you will be the driving force behind both our organic and paid social media efforts across a variety of social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube Community — with the aim to grow even further as we launch our suite of new marketing websites. You will also be assisting in the creation of an exciting new ambassador/influencer program, maintaining excellent working relationships with ambassadors and ensuring high-quality content that will further enhance our brand identity. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the formulation of our social media strategy, building a digital audience with both consumers, businesses, and professional users Contribute to the planning and monitoring of our ongoing company presence across all relevant social media channels Provide creative ideas for fresh and engaging content marketing Create effective paid ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager Measure the performance of all social media marketing campaigns Use campaign analytics to adjust and build upon our social media strategy Ensure the social media strategy is always up-to-date and keep abreast of new online media opportunities that may be beneficial to the business, including mobile, social media, blogs, and forums Assist in the development of an ambassador/influencer program, maintaining correspondence with brand ambassadors Assist in the gathering and sharing of high-quality user-generated content Carry out frequent social listening in order to produce socially aware and responsible content that will drive engagement What We’re Looking For:

Strong verbal communication skills. You must be able to articulate ideas to colleagues and suppliers succinctly Excellent written communication skills, producing enriching and relevant content. We advertise to a wide range of sectors, so you must be able to tailor any content to connect effectively with the relevant audience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy The ability to work well as a team and independently Excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic, with the ability to deliver a high volume of high-quality work and the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects Analytical mindset and critical thinking Qualifications/Experience:

Proven experience as a Social Marketing Executive or similar role Experience with Meta Ads Manager Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Experience with B2C and B2B campaigns Knowledge of web analytics tools PPC Experience Working knowledge of Social Pilot or similar social media management tools Competitor analysis
