The Role The Social Media Lead’s mission is to build and execute a social media marketing program that increases awareness, connects with target audiences, contributes to accelerating growth, and drives cultural relevance for the ZKsync brand. What you will be doing Ideate, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social platforms including Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, and Lens. Craft compelling and creative social content to engage the ZKsync community and broader crypto audience by staying on top of current trends and emphasizing our key product and competitive strengths. Lead content listening, performance measurement, and testing to continuously optimize efforts. Collaborate with designers to create engaging visuals and consistent brand look/feel. Work with the BD and Ecosystem teams to highlight strategic partners, execute growth campaigns, and co-market with all ZKsync ecosystem partners. Establish a strong working relationship with Engineering, Product, and DevRel teams to inform content strategy and co-create technical content that appeals to builders, developers, founders, and other key product decision-makers. What we look for in you 6+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 2 of those in web3. Proven track record of managing social media for high-growth organizations. Skilled in writing and copyediting. Expert in channel strategy, content creation, and message prioritization. Experienced in utilizing data to continuously refine and optimize efforts. Deep understanding of crypto culture. Advanced knowledge of content publishing/analytics tools.
