About the role Responsibilities: Design and produce engaging, platform-specific content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Actively interact with our community of investors and customers, responding to comments, messages, and discussions to build meaningful relationships and ensure a positive brand presence. Work closely with the wider marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and product launches. Develop initiatives to turn our customers into brand advocates by highlighting their successes and creating opportunities for them to engage with the brand. Craft compelling narratives that highlight our brand values, the journey of our community, and the unique features of our products. Gather feedback and insights from the community to help inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
