At Medik8, we have an exciting opportunity available within our Social team. As our Social Media Manager, you will join our newly formed Global Customer Experience team and report directly to the Head of Communications. You will lead the development and execution of the social media strategy to drive brand awareness, visibility, and credibility within the skincare vertical whilst educating and exciting our community. Collaborating with the voices of our business - R&D, Education, and Brand - and working closely alongside regional teams, you will deliver social-first campaigns working collaboratively with a team of in-house content creators and external agencies. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and social media-obsessed with their finger closely on the pulse of the cosmeceutical social space and emerging digital trends. With a strong commercial mindset, they will form the social strategy to support our global websites and professional network by driving acquisition to convert sales through campaigns and new launches. This is an incredible opportunity to inherit our already established Instagram and TikTok channels as well as onboarding new platforms. You will become part of our amazing community of devoted brand advocates, made up of consumers, clinics, influencers, celebrities, industry experts, and more. Playing a key role in driving worldwide audience growth, you will own and drive the social presence of one of the most innovative and conscious brands on the market! Key Responsibilities: Social Platform Delivery:

Owns, defines, and leads our social media strategy, setting measurable objectives in line with our communication strategy and overall business goals. Strategically plans for social future-proofing, campaigns, and platform expansion. Social Media Management:

Makes data-led decisions to shape and form all platform outputs to be best in class, quickly and efficiently growing Medik8’s visibility and virality. Strategically reports to stakeholders to aid decision-making around future communications. Team Management:

Manages in-house content creators to deliver exceptional content, continually challenging and pushing the boundaries to ensure Medik8 goes viral. Campaign Delivery:

Shapes the global social calendar for all platforms. Working closely with Content Creators, Brand, R&D, and Education teams to plan, brief, and execute socially-first global campaigns and brand storytelling for maximum impact and virality. Analysis & Reporting:

Owns the data analysis of social platforms to identify opportunities in customer interactions, developments in social media, digital technologies, and competition to plan our campaigns and achieve the maximum ROI. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborates with our distributor partners to ensure a cohesive and integrated social presence, troubleshooting any issues. Collaborates closely with the UK & US teams to deliver effective social strategies to support market goals and initiatives.
