About the job: As our Social Media Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for the development and successful execution of a strategic social media plan that enhances brand visibility and engagement across markets. Collaborating with local teams, to identify and leverage social media trends, you will create compelling content and foster brand advocacy. The role also involves creating demand and optimizing commercial opportunities to drive revenue via Weber’s branded channels, ensuring our customers’ expectations are met through strong community management. This is a great opportunity for someone with a true passion for all things social media and a track record of working within premium consumer goods. Your responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for the EMEA region, aligning with overall brand objectives, liaising with counterpart in other regions to optimise resources and harmonise global strategy. Devise strategies to monetize social media channels, exploiting opportunities for e-commerce integration and direct sales through Weber branded channels. Advise on paid social media strategies for local market activation, keeping an overall view of performance by market and channel. Identify key social trends and collaborate with internal functions and external partners to gain insight of trending themes in EMEA markets as well as customer behaviour to create opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Work with in-country marketing teams to curate influencer and third-party content from creators with a strong band fit and implement strategies to encourage user-generated contents and customer testimonials. Utilise social media performance metrics to learn and scale, providing actionable insights to optimise strategies and achieve KPIs as well as provide comprehensive reports for senior management. About you: Broad marketing strategy experience with a core specialism in digital and social media (particularly for premium, marketing-driven consumer products brands.) Demonstrable evidence of how you have used social media to deliver growth and ROI. Track record of inspiring and instructing internal and agency partners – ensuring delivery is on-time and to budget. Create and curate compelling content across social media platforms to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness. Strong understanding of the EMEA market and cultural nuances Commercial, creative thinker with a self-starter mentality. Excellent project management skills, confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a matrix environment/across countries. Confident communicator and influencer, can engage and convince others to take action. Highly proficient with social media scheduling and analytics tools e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout and Salesforce.
