The Role As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing dynamic strategies across three brands. Your mission will be to create engaging content, boost engagement, and enhance brand visibility. You’ll track performance metrics, manage paid campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver captivating social media initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop Social Media Strategies : Craft and execute strategies to increase engagement and awareness across multiple platforms, providing monthly performance reports. Content Creation : Create compelling content, from posts to multimedia, aligned with brand goals and tone. Campaigns & Competitions : Develop and manage campaigns that captivate audiences and drive growth. Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and platform updates to strengthen our digital presence. Customer Interaction : Monitor and engage with audiences, maintaining a positive and interactive brand image. Performance Metrics & Reporting : Analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Community Engagement : Build relationships with online communities to foster brand loyalty and recognition. Collaborative Content Development : Work closely with internal teams to create impactful, cohesive content. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in social media management. Deep understanding of social media platforms, marketing tools, and analytics. Strong content creation, writing, and editing skills. Ability to analyze data and optimize performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Bonus Points For Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
