As a social content first business, social media is core to the Threads marketing ecosystem. The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in our growing business as we scale fast to reach our next phase of business. As Social Media Manager, you will oversee a team of 2 to develop our growing social community and manage our social media output across channels, delivering first-to-market best in class content that fits the Threads Styling brand. You are obsessed with social content and have a strong understanding of the global social media landscape. You deeply understand social media platforms, the algorithms and have connections with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. Key Responsibilities

A clear understanding of global social media trends that resonates with the Gen Z and millennial audience. Creative thinker with solid commercial acumen. Up-to-date with the luxury fashion brand landscape, fashion trends, and designers. Up-to-date with hashtags and best practice social media techniques. Excellent knowledge of influencers and familiarity with working with PR to drive key social media metrics. In-the-know about consumer trends, specifically in the luxury and lifestyle sectors. Comfortable providing recommendations for crisis comms. Understanding of paid strategies across social platforms, including best metrics and KPIs to set in support of organic content strategy. Competency with social media management tools for reporting and analytics, scheduling, influencer management, and social listening. Ability to pivot quickly and stay calm under pressure. Technical Abilities

Native use of social media platforms, specifically - Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Excellent attention to detail, specifically when it comes to brand partner guidelines, copy, and visual direction. Abilities/Experience

6+ years working in social media. An absolute obsession with and love of social content. Comfortable working as part of a hyper-growth business in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry. Luxury industry experience is desirable. An ability to balance art and science delivering creative, first to market ideas that support commercial. Champion a test and learn approach. Growth mindset and collaborative approach.
