As Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind captivating and engaging social media campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll create strategies that build a passionate community and elevate brand visibility across global audiences. From developing storytelling-driven content to analysing performance metrics, this role offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with strategy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative social media strategies and calendars across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Create visually stunning and emotionally engaging social campaigns that resonate with audiences. Edit video content in line with brand tone and industry trends using in-app tools. Stay ahead of social trends, celebrity culture, and beauty market insights to inform strategy. Use social media management tools to publish content and monitor performance. Build comprehensive reports to analyse campaign success. How You’ll Dazzle Us

We’re looking for someone with a sharp creative edge, a deep understanding of social media, and a passion for storytelling. Here's what makes you the perfect fit: At least 3 years' experience in social media management, ideally within the beauty or D2C space, with a proven track record of managing and growing social channels. A strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling to elevate brand identity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Expertise in major social platforms and staying ahead of digital trends. Proven ability to drive growth through creative social media strategies. Experience of in-app video editing, GIF creation, and digital content production. Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. What’s Next?
