Key responsibilities:
Deliver strategic plans and briefs that achieve key objectives and measurable results.
Deliver social media stats and data to clients to highlight the success and effectiveness of campaigns.
Develop and run influencer campaigns with the guidance of your manager.
Create client newsletters and manage website uploads (using WordPress and Mailchimp).
What skills will the ideal candidate have?
Ideally agency experience within digital and social media.
Excellent people and client servicing skills.
Strong experience in managing influencers.
Experience in working with key digital platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
Good understanding of social media and analytics software, for example, Hootsuite and SEMrush.
Understanding of broader digital marketing channels.
Experience in paid social would be a bonus.
Both B2B and B2C experience as they work across a mix.
