We're looking for a Social Media Manager to help drive the strategy and execution of digital marketing within a marketing-leading SaaS start-up. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and have an immediate impact.

You will be responsible for communicating the features and benefits of the products & services through compelling storytelling to drive adoption and engagement. You will partner with many cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Growth and Customer Success, to achieve shared goals. You will also be involved in both B2C and B2B social media marketing, depending on the brief and platform - this is a truly varied position! Core Areas of Responsibility Develop and share engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Oversee daily community management, stay updated on social media and target community trends to ensure content stays relevant.

Collaborate with product, customer success, sales and operations for effective campaigns.

Execute, track, and report on social media strategies and goals.

Work with the marketing team to drive traffic to our website.

Maintain the company s authentic tone and build strong relationships with customers and users.

Monitor social media metrics and adjust tactics for better results.

Manage paid social media campaigns and track performance.

Explore new platforms, content types, and practices to stay ahead of social media trends.

About You: You have 2+ years of experience in social media or community marketing.

Excellent written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail.

You deeply understand major social platforms, know how to tailor content for each, and can mentor others in best practices.

You have proven success with creative and innovative social media campaigns, including paid media.

You have experience using analytics and data to drive growth and engagement strategies.

You have intermediate or higher proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools e.g. Canva.

You are familiar with workflow and project management tools for handling social requests and cross-team collaboration.

You have a keen sense of internet culture, trends, and content storytelling.
