Social Media & E-Commerce Manager , you will be responsible for managing Rocknife’s online presence and helping to boost website sales. This role is perfect for someone who is digitally savvy, loves crafting engaging content, and has an eye for optimising online customer experiences. 20 hours per month, flexible, working at our Mere office. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to grow our audience and build brand awareness. Develop creative campaigns that align with our brand identity and goals. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a vibrant online community. Content Creation: Develop high-quality visual and written content (e.g., product photography, short videos, blog posts) to showcase our products and brand story. Sales Strategy Support: Implement promotions or seasonal campaigns to boost sales. Identify trends in customer behaviour to recommend improvements to pricing, promotions, or product presentation. Requirements: Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business. Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting skills. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Photography or graphic design skills (desirable but not essential).
