We are seeking a highly organised and capable
Social Media Manager & Personal Assistant to the Director
on a part-time basis. This role requires an individual who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to handle both creative tasks (social media management) and administrative duties (PA support to the Director). The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to manage social media channels effectively and articulate their approach to content creation and engagement. Additionally, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the company’s objectives. Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and respond promptly to enquiries or comments. Analyse social media performance and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement. Personal Assistant to the Director: Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules and appointments. Handle communications (emails, phone calls) on behalf of the Director. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Additional Duties: Organise and maintain files, documents, and data related to the Director’s tasks. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience
in social media management, with the ability to articulate a clear strategy for content creation, engagement, and growth. Strong proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will be required to demonstrate your ability to use these tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with the Director and external stakeholders. Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively. Additional Considerations: This is a
part-time role , requiring
2 hours per day . Compensation :
£4.00 per hour
for 2 hours per day, totalling
£8.00 per day . (There will be bonuses for any sales made online due to the social media management, with a minimum of £5.00 GBP per converted task). Ultimately, if you are capable on social media management, you will earn more than the fixed amount. This position will require clear and consistent results.
