As the

Social Media Manager

for

Plugin Boutique, Loopcloud and Loopmasters , you will act as the brand's gatekeeper across all social media platforms. This role focuses on strategy development, brand management, and overseeing the overall performance of social media initiatives. Key responsibilities include contributing to creative strategy and ideation, and managing day-to-day activities such as content posting and community engagement. We are ideally looking for someone to work hybrid from our office in Brighton or possibly London, so applicants will require a right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship. As Social Media Manager (Plugin Boutique, Loopcloud and Loopmasters) your responsibilities will be: Strategy Development:

Create and implement strategies and goals for all brands. Brand Stewardship:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all social media channels for Plugin Boutique, Loopcloud and Loopmasters. Content Supervision:

Guide content direction, working closely with the creative team to maintain the brand voice and vision across social media. Analytics and Reporting:

Analyse social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and report findings to senior management. Generate insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs. Day-to-Day Management:

Oversee daily tasks, ensuring high standards in scheduling, posting content, and engaging with the online community. Respond to inquiries and foster positive relationships with followers. Creative Ideation:

Develop new content series using insights from reports, trends, and your creative knowledge. Monitor:

Social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve. As Social Media Manager (Plugin Boutique, Loopcloud and Loopmasters) you will need: At least 3-5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, either in-house or agency side. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their nuances, and behaviours. In-depth knowledge of music production and tools in order to engage with our community about their passions. Experience creating strategic briefs for creative teams. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools and proficient in analytics, interpreting data into actionable insights and ideas. Proven track record of managing accounts on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative content creation. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
