The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, a keen eye for photography, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and highlights our expertise in construction. Take high-quality photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects to showcase our work effectively. Write captions, blog posts, and other content that resonates with our target audience. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter. Schedule and post content regularly to ensure consistency and maximize engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitor trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry best practices. Website Management: Update and maintain the company website with fresh content, project updates, and blog posts. Collaborate with the team to ensure the website reflects current projects and company information. Monitor website traffic and performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements as needed. Brand Development: Work with the team to maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image across all digital platforms. Ensure all content adheres to the company’s tone, style, and guidelines. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns. Prepare monthly reports highlighting growth, engagement, and areas for improvement. Use insights to develop strategies for increasing audience reach and engagement. Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the construction or related industries. Strong photography and videography skills, including editing. Proficiency with social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Basic knowledge of website management (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple platforms and deadlines. Compensation:
