Reporting to the Head of Social, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team is seeking a

Social Media Manager

to execute the social media strategy, support the management of the social media content calendar, and ensure consistency of brand look and feel across all social media platforms. You will help analyse performance metrics and provide insights to optimise campaigns, while exploring innovative approaches to increase engagement. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for social media, who operates at the cutting edge of trends and can assist in growing the team’s global social audience and presence. Working alongside various departments, you will support the creation of engaging content that connects with our global fan base. Primary Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy – assist in the execution of the social media strategy, ensuring that content aligns with brand and partner objectives. Content Creation – work with the content team to create and curate posts for social media platforms, ensuring they align with the brand and resonate with the audience. Community Management and Engagement – proactively foster engagement with the social media audience, responding to comments and messages and creating new avenues to generate interaction. Analytics and Reporting – support with analysing and reporting on social media performance, providing clear recommendations to growth and engagement as well as optimising output. Paid Social – setting up and managing paid social campaigns for the brand and commercial partners. Collaboration – work closely with other teams, including Content, Marketing, and Partnerships, to support social media efforts across the business. Trend Awareness – stay informed about the latest social media trends, platforms and tools, and contribute ideas for new and innovate content or initiatives. What we will need from you: Creative, with an interest in developing fresh, disruptive and engaging content for social media platforms. 3-4 years of experience in social media management within a luxury brand, agency, or sports series / rights holder. Advanced proficiency across all social media platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok. Fluent in social media trends and tools, with a proactive drive to stay at the cutting edge of best practices. Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to translate findings into actionable outcomes. Eager to learn and grow within a social media-focussed role, while contributing to team success. Capable of translating ideas into campaigns that resonate with the team’s global audience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time-management and organisational skills. Ability to work under direction but with initiative when needed. Adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities. A strong team player and excellent communicator who can work alongside others. Able to plan tasks, prioritise workload, determine capacity for yourself and set expectations for delivery. The role will be based at the AMR Technology Campus in Silverstone or the team’s Central London office, with an additional requirement to travel to various shoot locations and/or to races as and when requested to meet the requirements of the Company.
