We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team based in Romford. Someone passionate about social media has a creative mindset and can create and implement effective strategies to increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing social media accounts and will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, and digital marketing strategies. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Social Media Manager Assistant/ Web Administration A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly about advertising/branding and customers A solid experience in photo/video recording/editing including but not limited to Drones/GoPro's etc Working knowledge and experience in SEO and related metrics Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts Creative thinker Key Responsibilities

Manage all social media accounts and create engaging content across multiple platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports the brand image that resonates with the target audience. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media. Track and report on social media metrics, including web traffic, engagement, and ROI. Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies align with overall business objectives. Job Package
