We’re working with a global manufacturing group based in Stoke-on-Trent to find an experienced Social Media Manager to join their internal team. Our Client

A global business with a strong heritage, they have multiple companies within the group and the Design and Marketing team support all of them. They are 5 days per week office based due to the nature of the business. The Role

You’ll report to the Digital Marketing Lead and help them implement ambitious plans for their social media activity across multiple brands. You’ll develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand presence, grow audiences and improve engagement, as well as create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written). Analysing metrics to draw insights and adjust campaigns accordingly, you’ll also work collaboratively with digital, creative and production teams internally. You

You’ll have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a social media role, ideally in a B2B environment, with a strong understanding of different channels and how to use them effectively. Able to demonstrate previous successful campaigns, you’ll be a strong relationship builder as you’ll be working across multiple brands, as well as with digital, creative and production teams. A genuine passion for social media and an in-depth understanding of the opportunities social can offer brands is needed, as is strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
