Social Media & Marketing Assistant

– £25,000 per annum-based experience – Chelmsford (Travel) The Role Do you have a way with words and a knack for creating captivating content? Are you looking for an exciting role where you can make an impact and grow your skills in social media and marketing? We’re looking for a talented Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us take our online presence to the next level. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, crafting engaging content and managing our social media platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your creative ideas to life while working with a passionate and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation:

Design eye-catching posts using tools like Canva. Video Editing:

Create engaging videos with CapCut or similar software. Social Media Management:

Assist in managing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Campaign Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns. Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on key metrics, including engagement rates and follower growth. The Person A creative thinker who loves storytelling and has a flair for design. Proficiency with Canva and some experience with CapCut (or similar tools). Some experience in, but definitely a passion for social media. Basic understanding of social media platform trends. Skills in Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus (but not essential). A self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow. Commitment to travel & work occasional weekends. Ability to work on-site from our HQ office in Chelmsford. Openness to flexible working hours and travel opportunities.
