What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and deliver captivating social media content, including photos, videos, and written posts that showcase the unique charm of our hotels. Plan and execute impactful social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to refine strategies and drive results. Build meaningful connections by interacting with followers and responding to inquiries across platforms. Support broader advertising campaigns that align with our marketing goals. Travel regularly to our UK properties to capture authentic and inspiring content that reflects the MGM Muthu Hotels experience. Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach and create genuine brand connections. Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a passionate and proactive individual with the following qualifications and experience: A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in creating and managing high-quality photo and video content for social media. Experience in developing and executing influencer campaigns. Familiarity with advertising campaigns outside of social media is a plus. Strong written English skills to craft compelling messages and stories. A background in hotels or an agency setting is a bonus. Skilled in social media management tools, analytics, and creative platforms. Regular travel to our UK hotels is required to capture on-site content. A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
