Social Media/ Digital Marketing Manager Are you a dynamic digital or social media marketing expert with a love of the outdoors or travel? We’re looking for a passionate and driven Social Media/ Digital Marketing Manager to make a big impact on four unique and exciting retail brands. If you’re skilled at growing brand presence online, driving web traffic, boosting social media followers, creating social campaigns and content, and increasing direct-to-consumer sales, this role is for you! You will have the opportunity and autonomy to push these brands forward, utilise new channels for connecting with customers (e.g. TikTok, Instagram), create exciting content and grow online communities. You will be responsible for the look, feel, imagery and personality of these brands and to aid you on your mission you will manage and mentor a Junior Digital Marketer and will have the support of a small Creative Team. What You'll Do

Create, lead and execute campaigns across all digital and social media platforms, building the follower base and driving engagement (and sales) Grow and maintain databases to build thriving online communities for each of the four brands Work with the product design team to plan and direct photo and video shoots that bring the brands to life and give them personality Write captivating copy for websites and email campaigns and develop interesting and engaging content that drives traffic and sales Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met Collaborate with PR agencies and influencers to maximise seasonal promotions for each brand Manage and support trade shows, retail partnerships, influencers and sponsored expeditions for greater brand visibility Who You Are

Strong experience in a similar digital marketing or social media marketing role, preferably in eCommerce Experienced with website analytics, reporting, social media management tools, and content management systems Excellent track record of growing a brand/s on social media, increasing followers and impressions/engagement Ideally you will have experienced in creating video content, photography, and design Highly organised with excellent project management skills A passion for travel, fitness, hiking or other outdoor pursuits would be advantageous Excellent communication skills and able to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively This truly is a superb, game-changing role where you will be able to make a true impact on this business and its four retail brands. In return, you can expect a salary of £50k-£60k plus benefits including pension, 25 days holiday and significant discounts on company products. This business requires someone who can be in the office a minimum 4-5 days per week. Based in Berkshire, the office is easily commutable from Reading, Oxford, Swindon, Newbury, Basingstoke and Theale.
