This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain experience in a range of skills and expertise including social media management, scheduling and monitoring, creating compelling content, as well as monitoring and evaluating impact. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Demonstrable ability to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that includes planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring impactful campaigns across social platforms that drive engagement with Bliss’ services, fundraising, advocacy, and brand. Ability to collaborate closely with teams across the organisation to conceptualise and create compelling reels, short-form videos, and other multimedia content to engage our audiences. Experience in running paid social media advertising campaigns to meet specific objectives, as and when required. Ability to respond to messages and comments on social platforms in a supportive tone of voice, always keeping in mind the sensitivities of our audiences.
