We are looking for a creative & strategic Social Media & PR Manager to join this leading Health & Beauty focused design agency based in the heart of Hertfordshire! We are seeking an experienced B2C Social Media & PR Manager to lead strategy & activation across a portfolio of large retail clients within the health & beauty space This role involves developing engaging brand & content strategies, boosting audience interaction, managing online communities, and overseeing promotional campaigns across social media platforms (organic & paid), PR, and ATL campaign opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the voice of Digital Marketing throughout the agency at all levels! – working with and advising both clients and colleagues on best practice. This role is based 4 days onsite - St Albans HQ. 1 remote. Competitive, negotiable salary on offer. The Role Develop, implement, and optimize integrated social media strategies that align with overall business and marketing objectives (80% organic & 20% paid). Oversee and manage key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.Monitor performance to ensure each channel’s growth and engagement targets ar e

met. Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions. Oversee the development and execution of PR strategies, including writing press releases, media outreach, and building key relationships with journalists and influencers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for social media channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and innovative, ensuring clients stay ahead of the competition. Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and provide senior management with insights and recommendations for future marketing investments. Champion digital best practices within the company and in client meetings, promoting a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning. The Person Ideally at least 4-5 years in a B2C Marketing role (agency or in-house). In-depth knowledge and experience in social media management is essential. Experience in paid advertising, influencer partnerships, SEO, and copywriting best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and targeted messages for diverse audiences. Ability to think strategically, develop actionable plans, and translate marketing goals into effective digital initiatives. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. Comfortable analysing performance data, using insights to optimize campaigns, and presenting findings to clients and internal teams. A passion for ideation and pushing the boundaries of creativity in digital marketing to engage and captivate audiences. Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems - eg Hey Orca, Canva, Meta Business.
