Position Overview: We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who has a deep understanding of social media (particularly X) as a platform, with a proven ability to grow and engage large online communities. You will be responsible for driving Fuse Energy’s social media strategy, creating high-impact content, and engaging with our audience in the technology, crypto, and energy sectors. This position is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker with a strong ability to craft attention-grabbing content without resorting to gimmicks or scams. If you have played a key role in scaling accounts, have a passion for emerging technologies, and are a pro at capturing and holding attention with your content, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and implement content strategies specifically tailored to X to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth within the tech, crypto, and energy sectors. Produce engaging content that resonates with our audience while maintaining professionalism. Actively engage with followers and influencers, participate in relevant conversations, and build relationships within the community. Ensure we’re seen as thought leaders in the technology, crypto, and energy spaces. Drive account growth by identifying and capitalising on trends, creating viral content, and finding innovative ways to boost engagement, reach, and follower count. Track performance metrics and optimise strategies based on data, identifying key KPIs and adjusting tactics to maximize effectiveness and ROI. Work with other teams and our CEO to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and overall business objectives. Minimum Requirements: Proven track record of growing accounts or driving significant engagement and followers in the tech, crypto, or energy space. Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create punchy, clear, and compelling content. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional tone. Ability to capture attention and start meaningful conversations without appearing overly promotional. Deep understanding of X’s features, trends, and algorithms. Familiarity with analytics tools and best practices for community management. A genuine interest in the tech, crypto, and energy sectors. You should stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging discussions within these fields. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies to drive organic growth and engagement. Proven ability to quickly grow social media accounts through creative tactics and market insights. Bonus Skills: Experience in crypto or energy industry-related social media campaigns. A strong network of contacts in the crypto, tech, or energy spaces.
