About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Social Sustainability. This role will involve leading the development and implementation of our social sustainability strategy, as well as providing guidance and support to teams across the organization to help them embed social sustainability principles into their work.
Responsibilities
The Head of Social Sustainability will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing our social sustainability strategy. Providing guidance and support to teams across the organization to help them embed social sustainability principles into their work. Developing and delivering training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in social sustainability. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our social sustainability initiatives and making recommendations for improvement. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of social sustainability principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will also need to have experience of working in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
