Lead on the data capturing of pan-CPS social value commitments and delivery partnerships. Use the social value tool to develop a coherent picture of potential social value commercial risks/non-deliverables. Promote and support social value understanding, skills and capability development across the Division. What we're looking for : Deep expertise in Social Value models and measurement and experience implementing a social value measurement and reporting tool. Sound knowledge of the principles, theories and frameworks of social value, as well as the relevant policies, standards and regulations (e.g. PPN06/20 Social Value Model Framework). Project management experience, with proven ability to successfully lead social value projects from initial strategy through tactical implementation. A detail orientation and a passion for delivering high quality results. Proven excellence in business partnering with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. The ability to influence others will be instrumental to success in this role. Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 applications and a willingness to use software packages that are unfamiliar. What's in it for you: A competitive basic salary. 23 days’ holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave. The opportunity to take a paid day out of the office, volunteering for our charity partners or a cause of your choice. Auto-enrolment to our company pension, life assurance, a cycle2work scheme, 15 weeks’ fully paid maternity, adoption and shared parental leave, paternity pay of two weeks…and plenty more. Voluntary benefits designed to suit your lifestyle – from discounts on retail and socialising, to health & wellbeing, travel and technology.
