To help us recruit social workers who are committed to working in Middlesbrough, we are currently offering a 10% supplement to social work salaries. This additional 10% will be reviewed at the end of March 2025. The Safeguarding Social Worker role involves working with adults over 18 who are at risk of abuse or neglect. The role will involve triaging safeguarding concerns and undertaking initial and s42 Enquiries in line with the Teeswide Safeguarding Board (TSAB) policies and procedures.
