You have the opportunity to really build relationships with your children and families along with a range of multi-agency professionals. The children we work with are also some of the most vulnerable in society, and you have the opportunity to put all your social work skills to good use in ensuring that their needs are recognised and advocated for along with any areas of risk are addressed. We work across Cheshire East and have the flexibility to be based within Delamere house or Macclesfield town hall. We prioritise flexibility, offering various work locations and hotdesking opportunities to facilitate collaboration with safeguarding teams and services and to ensure that we build strong connections. Relationships are at the heart of what we do in Cheshire East; we understand the importance of building relationships and the difference this makes. A full driving license and access to a car are essential due to Cheshire East's rural nature.
